Creator Deal HQ
Legal

Terms of use.

Last updated · 7 May 2026

These terms cover what you can expect from creatordealhq.com and what we expect from you when you use it. They don't govern any commercial relationship between you and Creator Deal HQ — the operating agreement does that, and supersedes anything here.

Who's behind the site

Creator Deal HQ is operated by Share the Truth Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We can be reached at hello@creatordealhq.com.

Acceptable use

  • Submit pitches you actually own — don't pitch someone else's idea or audience.
  • Don't try to break the site, scrape it, or test it for vulnerabilities without telling us first.
  • Don't impersonate someone else or upload anything you don't have the rights to share.

Pitch submissions

When you submit a pitch you keep all rights to your idea. By submitting it you give us a non-exclusive licence to read it, discuss it internally, and reply to you about it. Submitting a pitch doesn't create any partnership, joint venture, or other commercial relationship — only a signed term sheet does that.

Our content

All copy, design, and code on the site is owned by or licensed to Share the Truth Ltd. You can quote short fragments with a link back to the source. You can't republish wholesale, frame the site, or pass any part of it off as your own.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as-is. The numbers in our public materials (CAC examples, projected economics) are illustrative — your actual numbers will be different. Nothing on the public site constitutes investment, tax, or legal advice. If you want specific advice, talk to your own counsel.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is capped at $100. Statutory rights aren't affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute that can't be resolved by a quick conversation is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
